Salary: $90,888 - $119,244 annually

OAH is looking to fill a new Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) position. The position of Assistant Chief (AC) Administrative Law Judge – DEI is critical to the successful completion of the OAH mission. This AC contributes to the mission by establishing and managing the agency-wide DEI program, while fostering an environment that supports the mission, vision, values, and goals of OAH. Leading OAH’s DEI program directly contributes to the mission of the agency by ensuring access to justice to the parties in OAH hearings and promoting a work environment for OAH employees that values diversity, equity and inclusion.
This position advises the Chief ALJ and members of the executive management and leadership teams on how to coordinate and operationalize diversity, equity and inclusion objectives and intentions into key service delivery components across the agency, ensuring that assessments are developed to measure the impact of OAH’s DEI efforts.
